We use Credit Card payments as our preferred methods of payment.

  1.  A certain fee may be charged for credit card or debit card transactions or refunds. If the billing currency of your credit card/debit card is not the same as the payment currency for this booking, your bank will carry out the corresponding exchange at the prevailing exchange rate and this may produce handling charges. Please consult your card-issuing bank for details.
  2. SoccerLord is a global company and therefore handling charges may be produced for your cross-border transaction by your card-issuing bank. Please consult your card-issuing bank for details.
  3. Your banking information or credit card details will be encrypted by the payment sites. We assure you that your personal information and financial details will be secure and confidential.

Yes, we use credit card payments instead of paypal as credit cards offer you 180 days of chargeback reassurance. Paypal only gives you 60 days to lodge a complaint therefore a credit card offers you more security.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days from the time of payment receipt.

Shipping takes around 10 days from dispatch date. On rare occasions delivery can take up to 28 day. If your order hasn’t arrived within 28 days of shipping a replacement order will be shipped.

We use reliable shipping agents and all packages require a signature at the time of delivery. We will send a confirmation of dispatch email to you.

If you have a problem with your item please contact us with your order number within 14 days of delivery.

Depending on the problem you will be offered a replacement, a voucher, or return for refund. If you are returning for a refund due to a fault you will be credited the returns cost once the item is received. If you are returning a non faulty item you will only be refunded for the item and no shipping fees.

If you return to the sender/return address on the package you will not be refunded as this is not the returns address. You must contact us regarding the return before hand.

Wrong size ordered

A shirt that has been printed or had patches added.

A hero printed shirt that has changed his squad number. Although we make every effort to make sure you receive the correct number players occasionally change there numbers.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items sold from the clearance section.
